I don't think there is a quick fix when it comes to penis enlargement though - I'm looking at using this for the rest of my forseeable future, a bit like committing to a gym routine. If you keep maintaining your gains then to all intents and purposes they will be permanent. Couple of tips: - For your own safety go slow at first. limit the use of the hand bellows as you could potentially do yourself some kind of damage by being over zealous too soon!
