Excellent product with noticeable effect

I've never really been that conscious about the size of my penis, it does a job, so I'm happy with it! It's only as I'm getting older. I'm not so worried about the size of my penis, but more the quality of the erection. At first I tried other penis pumps, including the Tracey Cox one here on LH, but swiftly noticed it wasn't big enough (much to my own delight/annoyance). Enter the Bathmate HYDROMAX 9. I hadn't heard of using water to act as a vacuum before this, but with reading it offers a more even pressure across the penisI was interested to try. Packaging: Coming from LH, the actual delivery box was really good. In a giant plain cardboard box with the only marker being LH Trading, there's no way for any sneaky people to see what's inside. Even more than this, the product came in its own plain white box, ensuring complete discretion. Taking it out of that, the first thought I had was not that this was some luxurious product, but more 'this seems more suited to a gym product'. It's not a bad thing, but it just didn't click with me. Build Quality: Thankfully, the packaging is such a minor thing. Taking it out of the box you swiftly realise this thing is MASSIVE. This is something you aren't going to be able to discreetly hide, trust me, I've tried (behind the sink, in the wardrobe, behind the bed), it is big and slightly heavy but it feels like a premium product. The inclusion of a personal ID that you can register on the Bathmate website also ensures you have a genuine product. Every part of it you get a sense of quality building, this is something that will last years. Using it: To use the product, you flick the switch at the top to lock, fill it with water, place it over the penis, unlock and start pumping. It's a very easy thing to do, but it does have some practical difficulties. a) Trying to put your penis in it while standing in the shower is a bit of a contortionist act. b) Once attached, the sheer weight of both the unit itself and the water makes it difficult to keep on. This is minimised by two things. The first by vacuum seal, the second by the Bathmate strap that is sold separately for £20. Either way, this product is much easier to use in the bath than in a shower (I guess its in the name). c) If using without the comfort ring (which I do due to it reducing the diameter, making it difficult to use), it can really pinch the skin around the penis and leave marks, and in one case nearly sucked my left teste in... Pumping the unit involves pushing it directly against your crotch, which forces water out the top. It's a simple thing to do and you do feel it work very quickly. Personally I no longer use the comfort ring as I find it more hassle and it reduces the diameter. You find a better pump without it, but at the expense of the unit leaving a more noticeable mark around your crotch. In terms of gains, you notice immediate gains when using the unit which last for 1-2h, depending on intensity, but I'm more impressed by the long term gains. I've been using this product on and off for about 20 months now in the shower, maybe 3 times a week - 5 min pump, 1 minute rest x 3 each session. I've gone from 7.2" erect to 7.6", my girth has gone from 5.25" to 6" (resulting in a worrying moment with the comfort ring and led to not using it!). You do notice the girth a lot quicker, which makes sense. I wasn't expecting this level of increase, but I'm more than happy with them. In terms of quality of erections, I've noticed a massive difference, one that I think is worth the price of the product. I'm leaving this review now as I've moved onto the HydroXtreme series as the hand pump appeals to me more, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hydromax to anyone considering it. It's a premium price but you do get a premium product that does what it intends to a high level.

My first time using a penis pump of any kind, so quite intriguing really. Received my pump yesterday and couldn’t wait to take out of the box. I am quite well endowed. 7.6 inches long and girth 5.5 inches. Used it on the bath first just to get the hang of it. Three sessions in 15 minutes. Easy to use and felt very beautiful at full vac. Used it three times in the shower.

Permanent gains confirmed

Used it daily for about 3 months. 3 sessions for 10min in shower. Measured a permanent length increase of about 1.5cm and girth I have not measured but the increase is definitely there. Bottom line is that it works as advertised. Tips: do it without the grey comfort ring. Do some helicopter swirls before to stretch the tissue. If you feel burning, take it off to avoid tissue damage. If your penis is sore it is okay to take a rest day. Have fun lads!

A grown up bath toy

This isn't the first Bathmate I've owned and there are a few reasons why. Firstly, the quality of the product. Bathmate pumps are simply great, they give results and they last when looked after properly. Secondly, stupidity. Back when I had no idea if my penis was average or not I thought to myself that more couldn't be a bad thing, so I bought a Bathmate. A big one. The Goliath. Feeling pretty good right now... It arrived, I used it, I still felt pretty good; but, knowing what I know now, I didn't get the best out of it. Simply put gents, they make different sizes for a reason and the right size gives the right suction. Thirdly, growth. Yes, really. I moved from the Goliath to hydromax9 x30 (now the 7). This allowed me to get better vacuum pressure, increasing my width gains. Unfortunately, to get the best results you need to remove the comfort ring, but this meant that my penis would often come out of the bathmate looking like an accordion! The solution? Use Bathmate's calculator to work out I needed the x40 (now the 9). Very happy with this product, great vacuum, great results, convenient to use in the shower (with enough vacuum built up you don't even need the shower strap). Have been using this 5 days a week for several months now, combined with an air pump in the evenings. Have gone from 7.5"x5.5" to 7.75"x5.65" and when pumped up to 7.9"x6.2" depending on time spent pumping. My goal? 8"x6.5", so I'm getting close, but part of me still thinks about running out of space and heading back to the Goliath... Who knows, maybe not such a stupid first purchase after all.

As soon as it arrived I couldn’t wait to try it out. I had previously read up on the best ways to use it, and I’d recommend you do yourself. Anyway, first time using it and all I can say is the suction is immense, being overly keen I pumped the pressure a little too high initially but with an easy access valve on the top it was easily corrected. The 15 minutes passed and I removed Bathmate. You definitely see some temporary gains straight of the bat with an increase in flaccid length and girth. I, unfortunately, don’t get round to using it regularly enough but I can see possible permanent gains if used regularly.

Strange to start with but getting a thrill now using it use it in the shower in the morning and evening too !! Lovely whilst under vacuum hope to report results on enlarged hard erection probably will need lots of showers but quite well endowed already will report back on progress on size and performance.

Only buy this if you are incredibly strong

The "bellows" (the back section) on this product is so stiff that in order to use it as a pump you really need to be a body builder in order to use it and a pelvic bone build like a brick. The measurements are wrong as well. Try putting a tape measure against it and where the gauge shows as 6" its actually 7.5". Really bad
