It does what it's supposed to do for the most part, the issues come when it starts trying to suck my balls in the pump too - I have tighter balls so they don't hang low. Even when they start out below the pump sometimes the pressure pulls them in, which can make it either lose suction, or hurt my balls.

Good longer term results

I started out with the Hydromax7 and due to growth in circumference I bought the Hydromax7 Wideboy after a few months. The bottom line is that this works. I started at 5.5" in length and 6" in circumference. After a year and a bit I am now at 7.5" length and 8.2" circumference. I think slow and steady with breaks is the ticket here. I do 15 minutes most days with breaks when I travel.

Item arrived earlier than expected, thanks Lovehoney. Tore the package by accident trying to get the manufactures tape off, could not return it, so I went ahead and tried it. Description stated the canal measured 2.5 inches in diameter. In reality, the inner sleeve measures 2.5 inches in diameter. The canal actually measures 2.75 inches in diameter. The diameter of the product is what I based my buying decision on. BTY the base of the product measures a full 3.75 inches in diameter. VERY heavy when full of water, should come with the shower strap, I knew it did not, but it should. Not very easy to use, fill the chamber, then insert the inner sleeve, line it up perfectly, then put it on without spilling any water, it is somewhat tricky. Release valve at the top is very small. When you are using the product it if difficult to determine what position the valve is in. Not very pleased with the product in general. I wish the description would have been a little more accurate, it was a bit misleading

After all my research I ending up at Penis Stretchers, a device that you attach for a few hours and it stretches you over time. I decided not to go for this as I can’t have it attached for hours and hours at work and you can’t have them on a night as they fall off most the time.
