Well, for the amount you pay you don't get all that much in all honesty. I haven't had chance to use it long term yet, but I am using it alongside a Bathmate Hydro7. The idea was I wanted to see if these things work. I'm a pretty good lover with a little above-average package. Nothing remarkable but not small. You certainly need more than one pump to be adequately lubed for the 100 jelqs it suggests. I would also avoid trying the jelqs (unless circumcised) after a pump session. I found the water retention from it made it a little uncomfortable, and because of the skin stretch your hands seem rougher and the slip doesn't work properly. So jelq before and a good time after.
