With five pieces that gradually increase in size, the dilators start from 2.67 inches tall and 0.53 inches wide, working up to 3.33 inches tall and 1.18 inches wide. The premium silicone creates a body-safe, non-porous finish and is smooth against your skin for maximum comfort. To use your dilator set, find a quiet place where you can be alone. Wash your hands with soap and warm water before getting into a comfortable position (be sure you can easily reach the opening of your vagina). Take deep breaths to relax your pelvic floor muscles and spread your legs to shoulder width apart. 

Start with the smallest dilator and apply water-based lubricant to both the dilator and the opening of your vagina. With gentle pressure, slowly insert the tip and continue until the base is flush against your body. It should feel snug, but not painful. If you experience no discomfort at the vaginal opening during insertion, you can try a larger size. Your ultimate goal is to insert the largest dilator without any discomfort.

It’s recommended you use this vaginal dilator set three-four times per week for 5-30 minutes, depending on your comfort. However, please stagger your sessions throughout the week to avoid using the dilators two or three days in a row, as this may cause irritation.
