The Kegel set looks elegant, is convenient and as far as I can tell having only used them for a couple of weeks and rather irregularly, does its job excellently - I used them predominantly for muscle strengthening. The suggested times may be slightly too long, but this is entirely subjective. The weights look elegant and sensual, and the different colouring allows you to easily distinguish which one is which - very practical. The silicone feels smooth to the touch and is very hygienic; the weights are also easy to insert and remove without any friction or discomfort. While I don't have much prior experience with similar weights, I did enjoy using this set - it even felt empowering at times. Would definitely recommend!
