Nice little gag however design flaw with the metal rings either side as they Pinch the corners of your mouth . Cuts and sore this morning.

This is a very cute accessory and I really wish it worked because I love it aesthetically but it just doesn't. It pinches the corners of your mouth when the ball moves around and the inside of the ball is a nightmare to clean. Unfortunately when my lip got caught in it I bled a little bit which states on the gag so I had to throw it away. I highly recommend instead of this to go for a silicone gag that has the straps built in with the ball.
