A Great Recommendation

The pump has alot of power and suction be sure to get a good lube for the ring makes it easy to insert your penis.also a good trim of area makes it easier to get complete contact and seal with base. Great pump highly recommended easy cleaning but delicate charging cord and port. Get ready for a interesting experience

This is an excellent device. It works flawlessly and all by itself. I just sit back and let it do all the work. There are only two things I don't care for. First, the lighted display is so bright that it's nearly blinding when used at night. I would prefer an LED display over a back-lit LCD display. Second, the silicone base sleeve is too tight when removing my enlarged member. I'm trying some other base sleeves from The Enhanced Male to see if I can find one that allows easier extraction.

Quicker results than BathMate, or combine the two

I use BathMate HydroXtreme9 and this air pump seems better. I get better results in less time. Please do yourself a favor and get a different sleeve for it. My girth did not work well for the sleeve it came with. The sleeve is way too small for me. The sleeve I got for $17 (with the help of the awesome customer service) was the OPTIMUM SERIES UNIVERSAL FIT here on this site. (SKU # SE1045002-EM). Sure, if you have a 3-4" girth you should be fine but it will be WAY too tight for a 5-6" circumference/girth. I now use both BathMate HydroXtreme9 in combination with this pump. After a BathMate session after shower, I will go on to this pump as another way to enhance. The advantage to this one is that you don't need water and it works with air. Do 5-7 minute sets with this pump and in between use warm washcloth and do jelqing in between 5-7 minute sets. Use water based lube. Start at 1 or 2 setting then go to 3 and 4. Setting 1 is pretty weak as well as setting 2. I primarily use settings 3 and 4. Don't immediately do setting 4, work your way up to 4 and never start with 4 cold, without warm washcloth and jelqing first. I love the fact that it has LED timer (although I do agree with posts that it is a bit bright and wish there was a dimmer setting). The timer and display is very clear. Battery life is great. I only have to charge this after about every 10 sessions.

Very effective. I don't need to go more than the 2nd level. I like the timer feature, which I didn;t have before. A good buy at $49,95.

Love it. It works as far as girth. Not much in length. It has 4 levels of intensity. Levels 1 and 2 is all you really need. Levels 3 & 4 should be used once your manhood is used to levels 1 and 2. Great pump.

What Philip O had to say, it's the God's honest truth . It will pull you & yours in like your shop vac. It is relatively quite & unobtrusive. The higher settings are way beyond my comfort settings. The rubber extension that comes with it was way to small- pay close attention to the measurements that are given & check you own needs!Four and 1/2 stars!

Over all, this pump is great, good suction and works like it should, telling you how long you've been operating it, and the suction level - 1-2-3. The only problem I found, was that, if your lube gets over the rubber extension, the rubber will slip and be sucked into the tube, and of course this brings about the problem of your scrotum being pulled into the tube, this happened to me, and when I tried to bring back the rubber over the tube, the rubber extension ripped. Although I can still use the rubber extension, just need to make sure that the lube does not get between the tube and the rubber extension. I went with the Pro-Model Extension Silicone, that provides a longer penis extension flap that goes over the tube, it's nice and snug and will not slip downward. To the makers of this pump, I would recommend that the rubber extension be at least a 1/2 inch longer to prevent the rubber from sliding off into the tube. This pump is easy to use, just make sure you adjust your scrotum at the bottom of the pump, to avoid it from bring sucked into the tube, to avoid any unpleasant pressure on your testicals or groin area...

Okay, but sadly...

....has a critical design flaw re the bottom edge/opening. There is not a comfy, cushy band -as pictured. It is a separate thin piece, that often comes off during use & has an oddly very narrow (2cm max.) opening, making it almost impossible to utilize. One must grind the cushion-less tube very hard into the pubes, like a cookie-cutter, to achieve a seal & suction = o u c h ! :/

I had three problems with this device. First, it took too long to enlarge my penis. Second, when I removed my penis, the enlargement did not last. Third, the instructions are complicated and hard to follow.

Well it works ish. I don't know if the one I received is dysfunctional but it will not work at any other setting than maximum. I have used others before and this one just seems less. For the price I expected a little more because I think a cheap 20 dollar one would do more. But that's just my opinion.

My pump came in the mail today and couldn't wait to try it. Feels amazing. Should've stayed away from settings 3 and 4. Very painful for a first timer. Also couldn't figure out how to decrease the pressure for a bit once it was turned off. I was panicking cause my meat was still sealed tight!! I figured it out quick tho but ouch! Learned my lesson. But anywho, I will be using 1 and maybe 2 settings in the future! I might come back for a different review then. But the design is awesome as well. Very nice!!

Works Great

My urologist prescribed a penis pump for my specific PD issues. I bought this one and don't regret it. If you get this, get the Silicon ring for it as well. Makes the seal a lot tighter and improves the function.

I have always used manual pumps, this one is awesome I get results from a 15 minute session and it is comfortable enough for hours long pumping. I did replace the sleave with a universal one which made it much more comfortable. Wish I could submit a picture as to show the increase in size.

I've never had one of these before but got this as suggested for ED treatment. I am using twice a day during the weeks that I use The Phoenix. I did purchase a larger sleeve for it because the one that came with it was way to small for me. The pump has been doing exactly what I expected. Very satisfied.
