Tried this recently for the first time. You only need a small amount applied to your clitoris and it provides a nice warming sensation almost immediately. I found it quite pleasurable. If you're not jumping into the bath or shower after using it, you'll need to get some feminine hygiene wipes to remove the gel. The warming sensation will continue until the gel is cleaned off. Nice product. Glad that I tried it.
