When I first saw the Vive Shiatsu Rechargeable Textured Massage Wand Vibrator on the LH site, I knew I had to have it due to how unique it looked. I was thrilled to be sent the wand to give it a road test and was quite surprised it could also be used as an internal vibrator due to the shape of the handle and the dual motors.

The Poison Mushroom Wand

Look at it! Just look at it! What a funky looking fungi. The overall presentation and box is nice and gives a sense of quality. You can store it in there like an antique or in a long LH satin bag. However, it feels a bit less luxurious than expected when you handle it. For a start it's really lightweight for its size. Thought those shiny bits were metal? Nope, it's just cheap ol' ABS plastic which is a bit disappointing. Despite this, it's still firm and sturdy enough to survive play.

I have an older (bkack/gold) version of the Vive Shiatsu that Lovehoney used to sell, it doesn't look like you're typical wand vibrator and wouldn't really arouse much suspicion if you needed something that didn't scream sex toy. i have been disappointed in the past with wand vibrators even this one when i first got it. Big 'O' wise it did nothing for me and seemed only good for body massage. Which it's most excellent for. No amount of rechargeability, waterproofness, silicon, ergonomic design or dual vibration modes was going to make it amazing so it got left in the box rarely used.
