What a fantastic device these are, applying a steadily increasing pain as the blood is squeezed out of the nipple and the pressure increases as the magnetic balls get closer together. They work on men as well as women. My mistress loves to see them on me. The difficult part is applying them. We find the way is to take two from the storage tube by separating them by pushing both thumb nails between the four, then separating the two again by pushing the thumb nails between the balls without rotating the balls, tapping the balls between the first finger to keep the ball under the thumb nail. then pull them apart and apply them to each side of the nipple, digging the nails in and sliding the balls into position.

Though I have the spring loaded type that are just fine, i much prefer these as they are more compact and give a lovely sensational pain that slowly intensifies, i unlike a previous reviewer could leave on for a unlimited time, l am definitely not faint hearted. Love them.
