I'm surprised that there are no reviews for this gag, as it is so good. The gag is sturdy and great quality. My girlfriend says the gag is very comfortable to wear and stays in her mouth, but inevitably her jaw aches after a while. Nevertheless, definitely worth the price.

A tough and punishing gag!

This has been in my wishlist for a while and I'm so glad i finally gave in and bought it. The rubber coating makes it comfortable on the mouth for quite a long time and it's very easy to adjust how open you want the mouth to be, and once it's in place it will stay there until adjusted. Much more comfortable than an o-ring gag in my opinion, whether wearing it or putting your penis through it.
