With careful setup of the water flow this is an excellent Douche, it give a real deep clean and makes you feel really full. Four or five cleans and the water comes out clear. Then the fetish really takes over the water from the last clean goes into a glass and I drink it! Tastes so good, and the fetish is allowed to run wild.

Bought this a week ago. Long enough for really deep cleanse but beware as very powerful even on low shower setting so could cause internal problems. Found best to use around 3 -4 inch from butt hole with feeling of powerful rimming but still forced water inside for cleanse. Think would benefit from added extra holes along length so like long sprinkler head. Would not be as powerful but would be able to insert fully for deep clean. This is only reason why 4 stars & not 5 other wise excellent shape & stays in place.
