I got sent this set as a freebie and as someone who has never had a ball gag was scared by the size but honestly there is no need! Not only does the gag slip into your mouth it feels comfortable when placed there and I felt comfortable wearing the gag for up to 30mins instantly. The way the silicone attaches to the strap also means the sides of your mouth aren't sore when you take it out! As for the nipple clamps/chains, they're really robust and well made as well as being versatile as they can be attached to almost any piece of kit!
