Can be difficult to insert - finally managed it after three or four goes by putting it in backwards with lots of lube, and then slowly rotating it. I think the difficulty is because it feels like the top 'ball' is actually above my prostate, and hence trying to put it in forwards the top ball just won't go over it.

Good but could be bigger
