Even when wearing the 50 mm ring around the base of my scrotum, I felt as though my balls were about to drop off. However, after a bit of perseverance, it did became quite comfortable. Of my many metal and silicone rings this is currently my favourite. It's 18mm x 9mm in cross-section and of a firm grade of silicone. Despite the width it's easy to get on and off (much easier than a metal ring of similar dimensions) and once on is amazingly comfortable though the width does mean the testicles are projected further forward than with a narrower ring.

Well this is quality, After finding instructions on how to wear it I surprised the wife by slipping it on one night.
