really surprised to see the other reviewers saying these are not too tight... they are not adjustable and I find them excruciatingly tight ..maybe they like that but i dont ...after use my nips were white from the blood being cut off and they didnt return to normal for quite a while... far too strong for my liking a shame as otherwise they are a very sexy looking piece of kit
