I've had a 36mm ring for several years and recently in the hot weather been wearing it much more often and for longer periods, naked or semi-naked around the house and even going shopping with it on, commando (and with a safety line in case my balls shrink unexpectedly!). I enjoy the weight pulling down on my balls, and the way they are enlarged to rub on my inner thighs, constantly reminding me of their presence. Just been for a walk wearing this item. As your sack swings from side to side with long steps going up a hill the feeling is fantastic. This is a great product, a little difficult to put on ( everything needs to be warm), but once on, it is nice and comfortable for wearing all day and at night, I walk every day for exercise(4km)and it is comfortable for this type of exercise. A great product at a nice price
