I was lucky to be sent this by LH as a tester. I've never used anything like this before and was really excited about getting it. When it arrived, I could not wait to give it a go, but before I did, I did a bit of research on how to use a penis pump correctly. I found that most the things that I came across advised to do warm up exercises on the penis. One way is to wrap the penis in a towel soaked in hot water for 2 minutes (but do this 3 times). Also do this after you have finished your session, to get the blood circulating. Anyway back to the item. It's big - bigger than I thought. The cylinder is about 9 inches long and about 2.5 inches in diameter. It a greyish see-through plastic, (I would have preferred a clear one), and makes it harder to see what going on in there, especially if you are of darker skin tone. It's got a measurement gauge in inches and cm along it and across it, so that you can see your growth. The realistic vagina sleeve is lovely, and soft, but it's so, so tight. Even using lube, and plenty of it too, it was very hard to insert my semi-erect penis into it. Anyway, finally managed it and the grip it produced was like having a cock ring on. The pump is a good size, almost like a grenade, which fits into the hands nicely. A couple of pumps from it, and you can feel your penis grow. Absolutely terrible the rubber is thick hard, it doesnt stretch much at all so you cant get your dick in the little hole unless you really force it in there. I almost broke my dick off getting in there and then it was so tight it was painful. Save your money try something else unless you have a dick thats as round as a 10cent piece then this is for you
