Purple Reins Wrist or Ankle Cuffs

Good for a first venture into the bondage world

Me and my wife had been incorporating light restraint in the bedroom for some time, holding down, pinning etc. It became apparent though that I didn't have enough hands to quite make it work. So cue a trip to Lovehoney. Among our basket of bondage and restraint items were these handcuffs. Very pleased with them. Yes there are far stronger and fancier handcuffs on the market, but as a couple of newbies to the bondage world, we didn't want anything too complex or expensive. These are perfect for our needs. Cushioned for comfort, secure enough to keep those hands where they should be and easy enough to get them off to switch to something else. The picture doesn't show you how long the joining strap is. It is very long and if you have the cuffs close together like we do, you find the excess strap just gets everywhere. After moving the strap constantly one night, we discovered you can fold it over, and trap it in the velcro on the cuff to keep it away from the action. However, I'm sure the length of the strap will come in handy when cuffing around something. If you, like us, are first-time venturers to the daunting world of restraint or bondage, this is perfect. Cheap, easy to get on and off and comfortable, but still provides a strong restraint. I would recommend these as a starting point!

Amazing

I was shopping for something else and I was very close to getting free shipping, so I started browsing handcuffs, but I needed something soft, comfortable that wont leave any marks if worn for a long time. I stumbled upon those and I thought they are perfect for what I have in mind. Bought them - no regrets. Haven't used them that much but there was few times I did. It was phenomenal. They are SUPER comfortable. And they aren't locked by a key, which is a huge plus for me because from what I have heard - models with keys tend to break and stuff. You can also lose one yourself and here nothing like that will happen, which makes it great for beginners handcuffs - and if you are doing everything right the other person wont want to try to get free. ;)

Great

Bought these as some fun for me and my friend with benefits. He asked me to put them on him while I went down on him. He said he enjoyed the whole not been able to touch me. And said this made the experience so much better. He said they were also very comfy. When getting them out they were easy to attach together and the strap is easily adjustable.

Amazing Fun

I have used these so much since I bought them and they are surprisingly strong! They are really padded so leave no marks what so ever even under a lot of pressure. The Velcro is really strong but the clip that connects them has split open a couple of times but it's not damaged so slightly confused, my other half is quite strong so maybe that's why, The adjustable strap is amazing, it can be used to tie hands really close or around other objects.

Wrist ankle restraint

I've user these a few times now with my OH. The cuffs are padded for comfort and no marks were left even as I struggled a bit. These are lightweight. They have enough length to be tied to the headboard but also short enough to restrain wrist or ankles together or ankle to wrist.

They are made out of very good material so they will definitely last a long time. My BF used them on me and he really enjoyed the experience of me being handcuffed. I would definitely recommend theses for anyone to try!

They are made out of very good material so they will definitely last a long time. My bf used them on me and he really enjoyed the experience of me being handcuffed. Great but not sturdy

These were amazingly comfortable and great to wear. how ever the clipped snapped when pressure was applied so I wouldn’t suggest using these to be tied to the bed if your pretty strong your definitely need something more stronger and sturdier. Great if you just like the idea of being tied down, the Velcro is ultra strong just needs more work on the plastic clip.

My husband got these for us as I like to be tied up but we are beginner's so thought these would be perfect. On first inspection they felt very cheap but soft on the wrist. So a few days later we tried them out... After 10/15 minutes of trying to get them in a position that I couldn't escape we gave up. Because the buckle is so close to the hand I was able to get to it to easily to release it. If we used it as a leg restraint I was able to pull the buckle apart using very little strength.

A fun way to spice things up

for partners who might be a little skeptical of things too spicy, these are a good foray into the unknown. they're durable and soft, and do the job of restraining without being as scary to beginners as traditional handcuffs. i liked that you could keep the wrists separate, or bind them together behind a back. strong and sturdy, but easy to get on and off - they're a winner!

Quality is up there with the more expensive products. Fantastic range of adjustment means that you can use it in many ways and on different body parts. My only negative points are that the Velcro can be sharp and scratch you if you don’t line it up perfectly. It is also way too easy to get out of which takes away the excitement of being restrained but makes it good for beginners who are experimenting.

Used these with my boyfriend and they were really good wouldn't use them on him as he is a lot stronger than me and they would probably break or the velcro would probably come apart. Definitely good especially for the price though.

Something new

I wanted to spice things up and try something new in the bedroom with my OH... So these cuffs were a great addition and a new way to start introducing stuff to our fun time. I loved watching my OH put these on my ankle and tighten them up, but once we started it didn't last very long, and the clasp on the buckle broke as I reached my peak

Great introduction to having fun with restraints

As my fiancee wasn't feeling too sure whether she wants to try those, as soon as we tried, she wanted to buy real handcuffs so I must say if you are unsure it's a great accesory to have, since you can always break free if you're feeling not in the mood or something. It's really easy to take them off by yourself and there is no key or anything, so the restraints are in reality only in your head when you are wearing those. Superb product for beginners, and it has a lovely color as well.
