First sound, first time playing this way. This 8mm sound fit me well, also got the hollow 8 Ball Cue Stick (CG). Lubricant used is the ElectraStim sterile lube. Amazing to see all of the ribs disappear into my cock; gravity did all of the work. Sensational feeling while dropping in and while pulling out. After applying some water-based lube and starting off slow I easily managed to fully insert the sound which did surprise me how easily it slipped in and wow. I am relatively new to sounding, and so started with the 6mm ribbed version of this, then bought the 5/6mm smooth/curved piece, and then stepped up to this amazing piece of stainless steel. This looked intimidating at first, but being an adventurous sort, cleaned and lubed it up, and in it went! I was using a water-based lube as stated in all the info I had researched, but I found that most regular water-based sex lubes contain glycerin. That causes the stinging! I’ve had this sound for quite some time. I have purchased many others, but this just wins out. I've used the 6mm dilator with no issues and enjoy it quite a bit. So thought I'd try going up to the 8mm. The Mrs was excited so tried the 8mm straight away, managed to get about 2inches inserted before it was stinging a little too much. I did realise the smooth end, has a bit of a straight edge where it tapers to a point. It's not crazy sharp but maybe that was causing the stinging as the 6mm is a lot more smoother. Maybe I'll start with the 6mm and move up to 8mm in a session to see how it goes. Otherwise I'm really excited about it.

I'm glad I went for the 8mm version of the Sextreme Double Ended Stainless Steel Ribbed Urethral Dilator, 6mm would not have been useful to me. Well, I had no trouble at all in letting Samy snake swallow this! I used the sterile lube sachet after washing my new toy well. It is quite something to be able to feel that steel the full length of your penis. I highly recommend it, it left me with a glow and just thinking about it is exciting if you know what I mean guys.
