Great pump, does what it says on the tin. Personally I don't use any of the coloured sleeves or the cock ring as it fits better without. My cock has some real girth after using the pump. So much that my fingers don't quite go all the way round when playing after.

Super Hard

I was super surprised when Mr Spider suggested we get one of these! Turns out he’s been curious for ages about the benefits of a penis pump; so I ordered one, confident we could send it back if he hated it, or just decided he’d changed his mind about wanting one. As usual, fast, discreet delivery and a perfect product. We chose this one because some of the cheaper one’s looked ‘cheap’ and some of the reviews let the products down. This one hadn’t got reviews, but we went for it anyway as it’s in the middle price range, and Mr. Spider fancied the trigger pump rather than the bulb-type pump. The pump comes in a standard box which has a few explanatory pics on it, the instructions inside the box could be better - but I suppose it’s trial and error with something like this. Inside the box there’s the pump - a see-through cylinder made of quite thick plastic - it’s about 20cm tall, so pretty easy to store. Three soft donut PVC sleeves - 1”, 1.25” and 1.5" diameters, which fit into the base of the cylinder, a pleasure ring, and generous sized sachets of lube, cleaner and penis thickening cream. To use, just select the PVC sleeve - Mr. Spider was going to start with the smallest, but found it uncomfortably tight - he’s of average size girth wise, I suppose, so went he for the middle sized sleeve first. The 1” sleeve is great for someone smaller who’s hoping to train their cock to thicker proportions! Slick a little lube around the rim of the sleeve, (to help get an air tight seal when it’s pressed against your skin) slip it onto the penis (Mr Spider found it easiest to have a semi erection to do this) and then push penis and sleeve into the cylinder, press the rubber seal tight up against the base of your penis, taking care to get an air tight seal. Gently use the trigger to pump until your penis grows (to an amazing size!). The vacuum pump draws extra blood into the penis, which makes your erection harder and bigger, (temporarily), but with regular use it can (hopefully) ‘train’ your penis to do this without the pump. I read that pumps can’t physically enlarge a penis, but can maximize your own potential size by increasing blood flow - so making for a healthier, harder penis. A huge benefit to using a pump is that its a much healthier alternative to pills or creams. Pumps can also be used to treat erectile dysfunction. There is a size guide (in cm's) up the side of the cylinder so you can gauge how much growth you achieve. When you’ve got a far as you dare or is comfortable (take it easy and slowly - don’t go too far too fast, maybe a little further every-other day, otherwise you could cause soreness or broken blood vessels) press the quick to release valve to stop the vacuum and release your penis. You may find that in a few seconds your penis shrinks a little, so use the pump again - you may need to do this several times to achieve a rock hard erection that lasts. You could then slip a penis ring on to help maintain a long lasting rock hard cock! Mr Spider found after using the pump, when he came it seemed much more explosive and intense. So... results? Mr Spider has used it just about every other day for almost two weeks and even I can see (and feel!) the difference. I wouldn’t say he has got bigger... maybe a little thicker because of the increased blood flow, but it has definitely helped him get a harder, longer-lasting erection - as a middle aged guy he has noticed he doesn’t get as hard nowadays. The only fault he found/discovered was during one use he didn’t get an air tight seal between his skin and the sleeve and he pumped and sucked a testicle up through the sleeve into the cylinder - that was a shock to him and hurt quite a lot. He is now taking more care with getting the seal right!

It really does have some pull, but do keep in mind that the cylinder is really big, so if you have a loose scrotum the pump is going to suck it in without a doubt, making the pump feel pretty bad overall. I really hoped that the sleeves would help with this, but they're too loose to really have any real effect. So for the people with a loose scrotum, I'd have to recommend something a lot smaller. Otherwise, a standard legit pump.

Even less than my low expectations

Had always wondered about these types of products and finally decided to try (going in with realistic and low expectations). While just "interesting, the product overall underwhelmed. I'm average to just a little above and found it hard to get a good deal with the flimsy rings. Within just a few pumps, the gitrh had nowhere else to go so stopped even though plenty of space was left at the top. The sensation was different, but that's about all I can say.
