One thing I would warn is this is what I would class as a slightly more advanced gag as the ball is solid silicone, roughly the same size as a medium/large gobstopper and doesn’t have any breathing holes through the centre. This can be quite a scary experience for first timers as for some reason everyone seems to forget to breathe through your nose when the mouth is covered, but once you get the hang of it you will be fine and it’s a super comfortable size for even a small mouth, if you aren’t so sure about having this in your mouth entirely, then only tighten so this rests against your lips and allows you to suck onto the gag.
