Sue Johanson Head Honcho

The Sue Johanson Head Honcho is a clear, body-safe silicone masturbation sleeve designed for solo pleasure, featuring a unique design with three internal suction chambers and textured nodules at the base.

This masturbator offers a distinct sensory experience by combining intense suction with a tight, stretchy fit that mimics a realistic sensation. The internal structure includes three separate suction cavities intended to create a powerful vacuum effect, while the base is equipped with raised nodules to provide additional stimulation for the perineum or testicles during use.

Constructed from 100% phthalate-free silicone, the toy is non-porous, making it easy to clean and safe for intimate contact. The clear material allows for visual stimulation, and the design accommodates a penis with a diameter of up to 3 inches and an insertable length of 5 inches. Users should note that while the product is marketed as a 'super head' style sleeve, the specific dimensions and the presence of suction chambers are key differentiators for those seeking a specific type of mechanical stimulation.

Regarding sizing, the total length is 5 inches, and the widest point is 3 inches. However, buyer reviews indicate a recurring theme that some users find the actual fit to be smaller or tighter than expected compared to other sleeves in the market. The texture is described as having multiple variations, including the suction zones and the base nodules, which are intended to prevent the toy from slipping out while providing varied friction.

For maintenance, the manufacturer recommends washing the toy before and after each use to ensure hygiene. Because it is made of silicone, it is compatible with water-based and silicone-based lubricants, though oil-based lubricants should be avoided as they can degrade the material over time. The toy does not require batteries, heating, or charging, as it relies on manual pumping to activate the suction chambers and achieve orgasm.
