Pretty enough for your Christmas tree

Although this product is pitched for better orgasms, I was searching for a product suitable for toning up my pelvic floor with the view of improving bladder control in preparation for potential menopausal weakness in this area. This kegel system is perfect for me as a beginner and will still be suitable when my muscles become stronger. The silicone feels really smooth for easy insertion, and I like that the storage is discreet, practical and reusable. I’m finding workouts can fit easily with daily ablutions like showering and teeth brushing. After a month of training, I’m already noticing small bladder improvements and increased sexual pleasure- all the wins!

I am not an expert in Kegels, but I do own some others that are either dual ball (with moving bearing aprx weight 55g) or individual balls that are around an inch diameter that you choose to combine two for a weight. So my maximum for my previous set was a combined weight from two at 93.5g, so this set was ideal to advance onto as I have managed to squeeze at that weight and wish to progress. One thing I think you should know about all Kegel balls is your bits naturally hold them in as in they don't just fall out (unless your over keen with the lube) naturally... It is not about popping them in and just thinking I must have a good pelvic floor because they didn't fall. Y0u must read the little leaflet inside - the exercises are really simple - in theory, but in practise take some time to actually master the whole routine. I obviously am only part way through, but I do feel it's a easy discreet way to get more from your day to day exercise (think lifting your shopping or animals or children - I do not have any, but they are great for encouraging exercise even if you don't want to). The item(s) themselves are very soft lovely colours and are extremely easy to clean. The size of these... I would say, a couple millimetres bigger would be uncomfortable and not good for me. But they do sit okay. Could be a little shorter for wearing easier, but its not painful in any way, so nothing to put you off. Just be aware, if you're shorter in there double check depth vs sizes of the ball. They are all the same size as well! Which when I looked at other sets, they start off gigantic and light, which I found made me skip those altogether as I have a few average size Kegel balls and they are too large to wear comfortably, and then there's no room to lift them too as they're as far up as room allows, soo... Then the other end of the scale is the smaller ones are often heavy, which I wouldn't think would allow you to build up to it as it's changing two things at once - weight and grip surface size. There is a diamond texture on the little end on the retrieval cord which isn't highly noted on the image online but is actually a little helpful when removing. This set is an ideal gift as it is not garish in design and the whole package is very nice and feels of good quality. I strongly recommend these as the range of weight is great for beginners and intermediates to experts alike - you don't need to get any others (if you don't want to). Remember your bits are remarkably elastic like and even after children et cetera are able to regain form as any other muscle can to some degree. These are worth starting early as you are then in good practise for how to and have a routine to follow.

When stumbling across this set from Tracey Cox (a brand I have purchased multiple times from and am yet to be disappointed by) I was super excited - it seemed to be exactly what I had been looking for this entire time. I loved the fact that around the time I was looking Lovehoney had started listing the weight/s of the products, so before purchasing I could use a scale to determine whether the weights included in this set would be different to what I already have. Upon arrival straight away I was impressed with the storage box it came in - simple design, discreet about its contents and neatly organised the products within. Diving in further, everything about the kegel balls themselves seemed to have had a lot of thought put in and screams great quality! The shape appears to match those in the love egg category, which I feel this is more suited than the usual ball-shaped kegel balls as it feels more ergonomic and comfortable. With it being a seamless design, this makes the kegel weights smoother during use, insertion/removing, and helps with the cleanliness as there are no seams which can sometimes be hard to thoroughly clean. The weights being silent was also a pleasant feature as it meant they could be used silently. With all that being said, I do feel like for me this was a wasted purchase for myself and instead, I need to get over the paranoia that I have. Having used each of the weights, neither felt like they were doing anything. Each one I tried, down to the heaviest (darkest purple), I could walk around absolutely fine for over an hour without having to try to keep it in place, therefore I do not believe they would improve my pelvic floor muscles - and maybe I need to learn to stop worrying about this.

Training in progress

This set is beautiful! The attention to detail here is fabulous. The lightest colour egg is the lightest and the darker coloured egg is the heaviest, which means you are easily able to tell where you are on your Kegel training journey. The darkest egg is actually pretty heavy when you hold it in your hands. 130g doesn't sound like a lot, but when you think about holding it with your vagina, suddenly it's a whole lot more. I am not there yet, and I probably won't be for a little bit (but I will get there)! The silicone is so silky, these feel like premium toys. They are displayed in the cutest little box. I know they say don't but all your eggs in one basket, but surely a box is fine?

I've never owned Kegel balls before, but when I saw this set, I knew I wanted to try it. What really sold me, more than anything, was the fact that is has 6 different weights - most sets I've seen only have 3 at the most, and it seemed a lot more sensible to get a set that'll last a long time. Plus, I wanted the assurance of instructions being included. The information written by Tracey Cox is extremely helpful and has gotten me started on a great exercise routine that's already having a positive effect on my orgasms. Hurray. \o/ These are super smooth to the touch with a slight texture towards the base of them. They're easy to insert with just a little lube, and when they're in the right place they're completely comfortable. Fully recommended.

The design and feel of the kegel balls are luxurious, the quality is really good. The colours are lovely and having the colours get darker the heavier they are makes it so much easier. Kegel balls are definitely good for all women, they are easy to use, just add lube, and easy to clean. Having a tub to keep them all in is a great idea, I did find that it was a bit cheap compared to the balls. This did let it down a bit as the plastic inside would keep slipping out of place. Other than that I would 100% reccomend to all women, we should all be exercising our pelvic floor muscle!

I have been considering kegal weights for a while now, not for any particular reason but just because the potential orgasm benefits sound incredible and why not keep my pelvic floor in good health? What drew my eye to this set is the number of weights and the graduating weights, starting at a beginner friendly 50g and going all the way up to 130g! (I am only on the 50g now and it feels hard to fathom ever getting up to 130g but I have time and patience haha) The box they come in is super cute, its a great storage box for them to keep them dust free as silicone has a habit of picking up lint and hairs. The silicone itself is smooth with no obvious seams and has lovely diamond detailing on the lower part. The retrieval string is my only issue with these weights. It's quite long and it can take me a little while to find a comfortable position for it to rest in. When removing the weight the cord does stretch which I'm not a fan of because I can imagine I will accidentally flick my vulva while trying to pull it out one day but using your muscles to push it while pulling the cord gets it out easily. I love that it's not pink (nothing against pink, but sex toys for vulvas are always SO pink) and the colour gradient follows the weight (the almost grey colour being the 50g and the deep purple being the 130g). Very happy with the quality and I am looking forward to progressing through the weights in time :)

Larger than expected

I have never done kegals before these. I was very excited to start. There are a few postitive aspects about these. The material is soft and smooth, high quality silicone. The box it comes in is perfect. Unfortunately, I think these may be a little too large for some, I would have preferred them smaller and heavier. For how many there are, they could use a little more range in weight. The heaviest was not enough for me.

Pretty enough for your Christmas tree

Although this product is pitched for better orgasms, I was searching for a product suitable for toning up my pelvic floor with view of improving bladder control in preparation for potential menopausal weakness in this area. This kegal system is perfect for me as a beginner and will be still be suitable when my muscles become stronger. The silicon feels really smooth for easy insertion, and I like that the storage is discrete, practical and reusable. I’m finding workouts can fit easily with daily ablutions like showering and teeth brushing. After a month of training I’m already noticing small bladder improvements and increased sexual pleasure- all the wins!

The design and feel of the kegel balls are luxurious, the quality is really good. The colours are lovely and having the colours get darker the heavier they are makes it so much easier. Kegel balls are definitely good for all women, they are easy to use, just add lube, and easy to clean. Having a tub to keep them all in is a great idea, I did find that it was a bit cheap compared to the balls. This did let it down a bit as the plastic inside would keep slipping out of place. Other than that I would 100% reccomend to all women, we should all be exercising our pelvic floor muscle!

First time. Trying these out, I put a little bit of lube on the lightest weight. It was a little hard to get up, I put it in like a tampon. It stayed up, I actually forgot it was in haha. It definitely helped me to remember to tense and do the legal exercise. Definitely keen to see if these help
