I ordered this and it arrived quickly and in a discreet box. When I first opened the box and saw it I was so excited because I thought the ripples would feel really good. I was a little bit turned off by the feel of it as it does feel a bit weird (I can’t actually explain it). I have seen other reviews about dust and fluff sticking to it and that is a problem. However, with lube or in water the material feels totally different and feels amazing. I love the vibrations as well, they are perfect for me. Myself and my partner always use this toy in the shower or bath and can’t fault it other than having to constantly clean it where everything just sticks to it.

Not entirely what I expected

This toy looks fantastic. The material is a little strange as it's quite grippy. However, with lube this doesn't become an issue. The wavey shape adds to the stimulation. The length and girth are very satisfying. The vibrations are good with several different settings. The control is easy to use.

If you are like me you'll prefer to know the settings (they never seem to include them?), so I've tried to list them below: 1. Low intensity. 2. Medium intensity (our favourite). 3. High intensity (my partner reports this is pretty intense, she found it difficult to hold off orgasming). 4. Slow pulses of vibration (apparently this is 'cruel' to use on her ;)). 5. Medium pulses of vibration. 6. Fast pulses of vibration. 7. Vibration waves. 8. Slow pulses of low intensity. 9. Fast pulses of low intensity. 10. Low to high intensity vibration. We've been playing with the Awaken for a couple of weeks now and have found that the pulses and waves were absolutely amazing for foreplay. My partner literally begs for more than slow pulses of stimulation in extended sessions. The low intensity setting produces a slightly rumbly vibration with the higher intensity producing a really, really powerful buzzy vibration. We couldn't use the high setting for long. :) My partner reports that the ripples really add to the sensation when used internally, and the product is firm enough that you can use it for G-spot stimulation. Clean up is nice and easy - the material can be quickly washed (the toy is waterproof after all!) and put away. The only thing to be aware of is that it appears to be a fluff magnet, so retain the little bag it comes in to keep it ready for use. We found that (barring the highest intensity setting - which is reasonably loud) the noise could be easily masked by music or a film. It isn't a particularly loud toy. In terms of possible issues to be aware of - the vibrations are transmitted throughout the entire vibrator, including the base. This meant that our fingers became numb at the higher settings. We may have just used it for too long. The other point is that this toy does require you to cycle through settings with a button. It should tell you something if the only problems are that the vibrations might make your fingers numb and it uses a button to operate. We'd definitely recommend this vibrator!

It was actually quite hard to remove from the plastic bag due to being so sticky. This raised concerns that it may well be too sticky and be hard to use. After inputting the batteries and starting the toy up we were quite surprised by how quiet it is, especially compared to our other toys. So quiet yet very powerful! Using the toy was very fun, but our concerns were soon realised when the toy started to gather fluff from the bedding due to the sticky rubber, and this kind of killed the interest in using it to finish fun time. After finishing we decided to shower, and as the toy is advertised as waterproof and needed to be cleaned we thought we may as well take it with us. Boy, are we glad we did, as the toy then went into a league of its own. The sticky rubber, when wet, feels absolutely amazing. And when combined with the water turns in to a fantastic toy for both partners. The toy has now found its place in our shower, stored in an empty shampoo bottle, ready and waiting for shower fun time, whether that is together or alone. Overall a great toy, great for water play, and very high quality. I would say if the toy is used in bed, lots of lube required.

Wow! Amazing feeling

This is a good priced toy which meant I was not expecting the world but I was shocked on my first use. For a well priced battery operated toy, the vibrations are the best of any battery toy I have ever used with lots of choice of strength and patterns of vibrations! There is a trade off for this and that is noise however if you don't need to be stealthy, don't be!

There’s only 3 speed functions and the highest speed only stays on for a few seconds before turning itself off. When the high setting turns off all you have left is a very weak low and an ok medium. The batteries get very hot after about 5 minutes. It’s really really wide so can be quite uncomfortable, it’s also *extremely* loud, and gets louder when the settings start to go off. I don’t know why the highest setting only works for a few seconds, and then the two that are left aren’t great. Sometimes you have to cycle through the settings to turn it off, other times click and hold. Not worth the money but it is fun ish. It’s got a really strange material like gummy and that’s not good for friction so it’s virtually impossible to use without loads and loads of lube.

Well, this vibe was bought as a spur of the moment item. To say that it turned out to be a great orgasm generator was a bonus! A small amount of lube helped for initial entry, but once in, it apparently hit the spot and started lots of natural lube! Assorted speeds and vibe patterns are great too; and when just inserted and allowed to purr away gently whilst other erogenous zones were explored led to some serious orgasms :) .It feels great and is easy to clean. To us It's a shame that it is to be discontinued - unless, of course, a new version is planned to replace it.
