But when it died and it was time to plug it in again, we were COMPLETELY unable to do so. We both sat and fiddled with it, at different times because we kept getting frustrated and giving up. We have probably spent the better part of an hour combined trying to plug the darn thing in with no success. I loved how it worked so im highly disappointed. I am contacting customer service for a refund. Won't try this particular one again.
