I received the Lovehoney High-Waisted Cut-Out Fishnet Thong as a tester, so thanks Lovehoney! The thong came in an outer discreet packaging as always and inside was a clear plastic bag with the thong inside with a label stating the name of the product and the size, which was 'M/L'. I am usually a size 12. The first thing I noticed about the thong was the black colour - which I liked as I prefer black lingerie. I liked the feel of the fishnet material. It looked good. The fishnet area was quite stretchy, but it was a nice soft material too. The thong was easy to put on and was comfortable and looked sexy. I liked the fact the thong was not too thin and there was an added strap to flatter the stomach area. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone who is a fan of fishnet and thongs!

I was very kindly sent this new item to test and review. Thank you, Lovehoney! It arrived in the usual Lovehoney style, in discreet outer packaging and by a tracked delivery method so that I knew exactly when it would arrive. As this item wasn't live on the site yet, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out of its packaging. It's a well-made garment with neat stitching and good quality materials. The style is rather unusual as the elastic straps at the top come up high enough to be high-waisted, and the triangle of the thong at the front is long enough to accommodate this, so that's definitely a win. The elastic straps are really soft and are the magical kind that don't seem to dig into skin at all - they lay flat even on the more squishy areas of my body. I'm a size 12 and found that the M/L size fits really well. I'm also quite tall and find that the material is all extremely stretchy, so I'm able to pull it up to be high-waisted with ease. The elastic straps take a little straightening when you first put the thong on, but they sit nicely and don't roll a lot. The fishnet material is a really small net which makes it more covering, and it feels really comfortable too. The thong has a small gusset sewn into the inside so that the fishnet material isn't directly against your sensitive areas though, which I think makes it even more comfortable and easy to wear. The back of the thong is just elastic straps, which I think makes it look cheaper and lower quality than if the design had incorporated some fabric too. But that's just my personal preference. I would recommend this as an everyday thong that's comfortable to wear. It's a quirky style that I haven't seen before - it doesn't strike me as hugely sexy or luxurious, but I think it's fun and gives off a playful confident vibe.
