These have helped my wife after our three boys. They are great for exercising and for pleasure too. Very easy to clean after exercising. Also comfortable and easy to put in. They are much smaller than the picture so don't be worrying about the size it only because they zoom in on the photo.

Kegel delight

After having two children, some problem of loss of urine derived from them and discomfort in sexual relations, I started working out my pelvic floor. So I am an Experienced kegel Balls user. This has a perfect size and an ideal weight for intermedia te users. It is made of silicone, which makes it very comfortable to introduce and pleasant to the touch. Its cord allows to remove it with comfort. Once inside, do not bother and forget that you wear it. I started with 15 minutes and now I am able to reach 2 hours without problems. Being smaller in size than usual balls, it is a greater challenge to have it inside, and the exercise you develop is greater than with a ball of greater weight and greater size. Keep that in mind. The musculature of my pelvic floor has improved greatly, so that I have no discomfort during sex and I no longer lose urine. My orgasms are better, more intense and longer. I am able to contort my pelvic muscles, so that you can flex them by zones. It is very easy to clean and discreet. I recommend it without a doubt for all those who want to strengthen their pelvic floor and narrow their intimate area. It is well worth it.

Exactly what was needed

My wife was delighted to be able to try these Kegel Balls as, after having two children in the last four years, she wants to tone and strengthen her muscles. Having never tried this type of product, she was a little anxious, but when they arrived was delighted with the size, shape and quality of the balls. Using a small amount of lube, they were easy to insert and straight away gave the muscles a good work out whilst also giving a nice, gentle arousing sensation. Once finished they were easy to remove and clean, ready for the next workout.

These are my first Kegels, so although I don't have anything else to compare them to, the quality is fantastic! I cannot explain how smooth and easy they are to insert, and they feel really good once in. Once they're in, however, I don't really feel anything 'tightening', so not sure how to determine if they're doing anything. I have only used them 3 times so time will tell, but I do feel pretty damn turned on nonetheless! The packaging is also really good, and as always, Lovehoney are discreet when posting!

Kegel balls are something I have experimented with occasionally in the past and generally find them an enjoyable toy which can be used whilst doing day to day tasks. Since having two children exercising and strengthening my pelvic floor muscles is something I’m very aware of and if you can have a bit of stimulating fun at the same time then why not! When these arrived I instantly fell in love with the packaging, the box is a light purple colour with a picture of the product on the front along with the Lovehoney branding. On the back is a passage of text explaining the workout benefits combined with the fun aspects which is a good little read. Now the best ever feature of a box, the front opens up like the cover of a book and the toy can be viewed through a window that is the exact shape of the toy, I loved this and the flap is held closed with magnets so it closes with a nice little clicking noise! This, however, is where the good points of the packaging ended, there’s no easy way to open the box, you have to prise open the end which has a reasonable amount of glue so isn’t the easiest. The toy itself is in a plastic tray which simply slides out. Completing the package is a small slip explaining clearly how to use the kegel balls. The toy itself is a lovely colour and shape, the first ‘ball’ is slightly pointed aiding insertion and the second is a perfectly round ball. The toy is finished with a decent retrieval cord which is about 3 inches long. Shaking the balls you can hear the free-roaming weights in the balls. Using them is as simple as coating them in a small amount of water-based lube and inserting them. You can then go about your normal business and enjoy the sensation of the weights moving around. I found it is a pleasant feeling and kept me feeling aroused for the duration of use. They won’t bring you to orgasm but they certainly make you feel good and ready for some additional fun!

Got these to help when I go on trampolines at work after having kids. They great! Haven't had them lon, so can't wait to see what difference they make, but I'm confident as everything else I've bought from here has been amazing! The colour is so pretty too. x

Feels nice

These are my first kegels, so although I don't have anything else to compare them to, the quality is fantastic! I cannot explain how smooth and easy they are to insert, and they feel really good once in. Once they're in however, I don't really feel anything 'tightening', so not sure how to determine if they're doing anything. Not as expected

I was rather disappointed with these, I bought them to tighten my muscles and they look and feel beautiful, the colour is a lovely soft lilac pink (i wish lovehoney would have more toys in this colour) and the silicone touch is just what I was after. However, they are surprisingly light I didn’t find that they really felt that they had any weight to them, I was very surprised by how small they were. this meant that inserting them and having them stay put did not happen for more than a couple of minutes, they were very uncomfortable to wear and they would just starting falling out almost immediately when moving around. I tried them on quite a few occasions and thought it might be having inserted them incorrectly but no, still uncomfortable and they just aren’t quite right

Bought these as an upgrade to another set I had as they were supposed to be slightly heavier! But I just weighed them, and they are slightly lighter than my 65g ones. So a bit disappointed they are more or less exactly same as what I already had!

Can’t feel them!

Maybe something to do with my body given others have said good things, but I personally cannot feel these at all once inserted. Not even when jumping around! So even though a great price, not worth it for me...
