These are meant to be hold ups so I didn't wear a suspender belt but turns out, they do rolls down after awhile. I did make it about an hour before I started having to pull at them so they'd probably be fine in the bedroom but if you want to wear them out, I'd wear suspenders. Good thick material, that stays opaque when it stretches.
