"Lower Your Expectations" Gift Bag

This kraft paper gift bag from Wood Rocket is a humorous, passive-aggressive accessory designed to wrap gag gifts, party favors, or surprise presents with a touch of snark. Perfect for adult parties, bachelor/bachelorette showers, or holiday gatherings where a dry wit is preferred over traditional wrapping paper.

The bag features a bold, printed message on brown kraft paper that reads "Now is a Good Time to Lower Your Expectations," serving as a witty icebreaker before the recipient opens their present. It is constructed from sturdy, recyclable kraft paper and finished with a simple cloth ribbon for a slightly more elegant presentation than plain brown paper, making it suitable for both casual and semi-formal adult-themed events.

Available in two distinct sizes to accommodate various gift dimensions, this bag ensures your prank or surprise item arrives with a built-in joke. The regular size measures 11 inches in height, 8 inches in width, and 4 inches in depth, while the large size expands to 12 inches high, 16 inches wide, and 6 inches deep. These dimensions allow for a wide range of items, from small novelty toys and lingerie to larger party favors, ensuring the recipient's reaction is part of the fun.

While the bag itself is made of paper, the included cloth ribbon adds a textural contrast and prevents the bag from looking too flimsy, which can be important when handling heavier gag gifts. The design is fully printable and ready to use, eliminating the need for custom printing or assembly. It is an ideal solution for those who want to elevate their passive-aggressive humor without spending time on elaborate wrapping, making it a staple for any themed party supply collection.

Users should note that the bag is not water-resistant or submersible, so it should be handled with care if the contents are wet or if the bag is used in a pool or bath setting. The material is standard paper stock, which may tear if excessive force is applied during opening, but the strength is generally sufficient for typical party favors and lightweight adult novelty items. The cloth ribbon is tied around the top opening, allowing the bag to be sealed or opened easily by pulling the ribbon ends.
