Unlike the reviewed below me, this plug served its purpose. The hole is meant to be there so you can insert other sex toys or lube or maybee even a dick ;)! It is a little wider than usual, but you need it to be to get more space to put things/lube in.

I'm not new to anal, so this isn't a beginner complaining about size. However even after slathering this plug in lubricant it hurt like hell trying to get it in. There's so easy of entry with this plug so each inch is just as painful as the last. I don't really know what the hole in the middle serves in terms of purpose, but I would highly recommend you douche before using this product unless you want things coming out of the hole in this plug. I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone, I would say absolute waste of money. Tried using once, will probably end up in the trash tomorrow.
