DOMINIX Deluxe Leather Ball Strap with Lead

I bought this item as very different and nothing like I have worn before. I like testicle play but not too rough and liked the idea of my balls being isolated and led. The item comes with fairly plain packaging but is made of high-quality leather and has nice stud work. The lead attached with a simple clip and can be easily removed or attached. The item is pretty tricky to put on by yourself as the buckles are to the back of your scrotum and I found a ball often squeezed out of the strap when trying to attach the buckles which are a little fiddly. Works so much better with a third hand but for solo action I found wearing a ring kept my balls proud to attach the strap and keep everything where it should be. Felt great when on and incredibly submissive to be lead. Looks nice too. Not sure I would try the weights but for something a bit different highly recommended.

Led by the balls

This ball Strap and lead set is an excellent addition to the DOMINIX range. If you have any of the range already, you'll be familiar with the quality and craftsmanship which is its hallmark, and this item is no different. Made of some lovely soft leather, and smelling every bit as lovely as a new pair of shoes, The strap comes in a U-shape with two leather buckles and a D-ring on to which you attach the lead. It's a fairly straightforward concept, but we've found the easiest way to put it on is with 3 hands! Although it's possible to put it on yourself, it’s a lot easy to hold your cock out of the way with one hand and have someone else fit it for you. Essentially, you form a cone around the balls, narrow end at the top above the balls, with the first of the buckles, then the second buckles does up around the base of the cone and helps to keep the balls hugged together. There's a ball splitter too (which cannot be removed), for extra sensation. I am widely regarded as having massive balls, yet the fact that this comes out means there is plenty of room. And even the ball splitter is extremely generous in the room it allows. The straps have 9 holes, but the smallest setting is a write-off as the excess leather from overlapping the cone and the ball splitter make them unusable, and if I'm frank, you'll need balls the size of melons if you're using the ninth hole. Anyway, we started on the middle hole, which was fine but gave quite a bit of movement, so gradually got tighter until we were on the second smallest hole. There was a small amount of skin pinching involved in doing up at that stage! It is snug without being restrictive, and is really rather fun. The lead is pretty short but ideal length if being led standing by someone else who is standing (or even sitting). If on all fours, then you'll want to swap out for a longer lead (which is really easy to do). I loved the feel of the tug on my balls, both slow and teasing pulls and sharp, hard, unexpected ones - you have no real choice but to go with it. We found that this lead got us both extremely excited!

It is well made and sturdy. It certainly looks and feels up to the job. The leather is rather stiff and requires a bit of manipulation, which will happen over time. It was tricky to get the buckles in place and fastened, which could have been a little frustrating, but we found it added to the experience. As other reviews have mentioned, at least three hands are needed to get fully strapped in, but I suspect that repeated use will relax the leather and experience will change that. I'm looking forward to being ordered to put it on or restrained so that she can put it on me, which isn't possible yet. Once in place this strap feels wonderful. It is tight and restrictive and the lead places me firmly at my lady's mercy and control. She loves it on me and knows how to use it to best effect.

Good but tricky to fit

Mrs Barefoot ordered this because she loves to have a bit of control. She likes to make sure her wishes are met. Anyway, the item appears to be well made. Always got to love that new leather smell. Once fitted it is fairly comfortable. With the lead clipped on it is almost impossible not to do as one is told, especially if hands are kept out of the way. You have no choice but to follow where she leads you. Gentle tugs on the lead are nice. Pulling with more force can cause some discomfort, however. Where this product looses a star is for difficulty in getting it on. Ideally you need more than two hands, and it's not a five second job. Almost need a pair of hands to hold cock and balls in position and another pair to do up the buckles and poppers, which end up on the back of the strap. Once on it is secure. Perhaps more practice is needed in getting it fitted.

Comes off all the time

This is a great idea in principle, we really really wanted this to work... It works for a while, but eventually one balk with lots work it's way out, and then the other one pops out immediately too, ruining our rhythm while we stop to reattach it. We use it whilst we are having penetrative sex, and the idea was that I could use it to continue to control his rhythm and cause pain whilst my hands were unable to get down there in some of our favourite positions. Definitely recommend a try, but as all mens balls are different sizes and shapes, it obviously doesn't work for everyone. My partners balls are more like ovals than balls, and they're not huge, so I'm guessing that is the cause of them slipping through the gap, along with the smallest adjustment not being small enough for his tight thin skin above where the balls hang which is what causes the gap - there's just not enough adjustability and that's a pretty poor design. Eventually one ball will slip through that gap, the way the other, then I'm left with a ball lead in my hand and my partner grinning because he gets out of sex and punishment at the same time! I think the part that goes above the ball sack needs to be more adjustable to a different range of sizes. A cock ring pull style would have worked better, or just more holes! I'd really love to get this to be perfect so if lovehoney decide to alter the design and want to get in touch for some suggestions, if be more than happy to help. I love the idea that much that I'd happily ans immediately buy a new and improved version. For now, I'm going to get the sewing machine out and see if I can add more holes, or failing that - alter it myself!
