Purchased these after looking at the amazing reviews and they not only didn’t work at all but kept me awake all night. I wonder whether because I’m taking antidepressants it counteracts them? However, looking at other people’s reviews it looks like it works for some and not for others. Overall pretty gutted due to the expense!

This pills and bipolar
