When I eventually managed to get some of this out - the pump wasn’t great and took forever to start (I almost sent it back as faulty) I think it works about 50% of the time, it does make things more sensitive but no more than a good warming lube does.

Not a hoax!

I got this out of pure curiosity and scepticism. I have never been more glad to have been wrong in my life!
