The Kardashian secret is out, corsets are absolutely the budget way to look slim without plastic surgery. I received this corset in the post today and eagerly unboxed it. As per, Lovehoney has sent it discreetly. The corset is packaged in a neat little box of its own. It's such a small thing but I loved that the package contains a thank you for buying card- the little touches make so much of a difference. I am a UK size 14-16 so opted for the XL. I am pleased that I did and didn't try for the L. It fits perfectly as is, I can tighten/knot the back to wear it on my skin and then leave it loose to wear it over clothes, this way the garment does both! If you solely want to wear it like the model then consider sizing down (following the Lovehoney size chart, the Noir size chart is slightly different). Lovehoney sent me this product for review so I wore this for the entire day to see how it holds up. Within the first 10 minutes I had paired this with the Lovehoney Lace Peek-a-Boo Bra & Crotchless G-String and was parading around my room feeling like a goddess. It looks absolutely stunning with a thong! l also love that this is underbust. I have quite large boobs and usually corsets/basques that fit my waist leave me spilling out over the top. This completely stops that. You can pair it with whatever bra set you feel like and it will look gorgeous! The model wears pasties so you can't see how well this pairs with a bra but the underbust shaping is amazing, it makes any bra look like it was made to match. For the ladies with a slight tummy, this corset covers your belly button and makes your waist look slimmer! It gives the perfect hourglass figure and sure does have the men going wild! I've worn it under my clothes today and it is great shapewear, I have a more defined waist and bigger hips, I no longer have rolls showing underneath my tank top and it has genuinely just given me a more feminine look. The boning is sturdy enough so that the corset doesn't roll up but is not restrictive. I have worn it comfortably all day and it hasn't changed shape or dug into me at all. The material is really shiny but also soft and stretchy enough to leave some give and take. It doesn't have the cheap feel that some PVC has and is genuinely a quality product. I also think the stitching is solid, I haven't once worried about the zip flying off, it ripping or having the corset coming undone at the seams. My one and only downside is that this is scratchy. Where there is stitching, it rubs against your stomach. If you're only wearing this for visual effect in the bedroom it is perfect. You can make an impact and take it off after 15 minutes. Or this would be perfectly fine to wear over clothes on a night out as a statement piece. Prolonged corset-on-skin contact is admittedly uncomfortable and I wouldn't wear this on a day-to-day basis underneath my clothes. This is a shame because the silhouette it creates is fire! If you don't mind being irritated you could do it without losing your mind but it would not be a good day. Bottom line is I love this product. It has so much sex appeal and genuinely looks good. I feel so confident when wearing it because it covers problem areas and enhances my curves. I have sent photos of myself in this to others and they have gone wild, cannot wait to repeat the experience in person!

I was lucky enough to receive this item as a tester, and as with all Lovehoney products, it came quickly and in time for the Bank Holidays - perfect timing for testing. The packaging was discreet as always with Lovehoney. The Noir brand product comes in a well designed little box which makes it feel premium. In addition, the tissue wrapping inside adds to the premium feel. Sexy colouration and consideration into the design, with handy tips applied directly to the box, so in terms of the packaging, it’s simple and effective once opened up you reveals the beautiful PVC corset. The product itself is very easy to use and a lovely shiny black, it’s adjustable to all sizes, to create perfect hourglass figure with this gloriously glossy corset. Sitting snugly under my boobs and cinching in at my waist. Formed in light-reflecting PVC with plastic boning, this raunchy piece looks fabulous but doesn’t feel like 45 pounds worth of quality, Don’t get me wrong the look and feel is sexy, does all the right things and accentuates in all the right places, but at 45 pounds, it’s a little lacking, the zip is what I worry about most, as it really doesn’t feel like it would last during amorous activities, in addition it scratches the skin slightly at the seams. All in all, great product, sexy and Its a good addition to your collection, but I’m not sure its lives up to the price bracket it’s been given.
